Checkmate

Life
a big game
every pawn we move,
we step away from home
we struggle to cross
the thresholds of blacks and whites
standing steady bearing fights.
Then we reach our destiny,
at last,
after much loss than gain,
we think
was it really worth the trouble?

when we reach our destiny .........
most of hink wat on earth have we been doing, but the think is when u reach a level u don't work for urself but u become a provider ( not jus 4 ur family ), but to all those who are dependent on u, be it ur driver, servent maid or some stranger coming to u 4 help !!!

but then we all fail in this stage ..... don't we ?

Hi anonymous, welcome.
No, I am not talking about being a provider. I am just talking about a person. As alone. Not linking with anybody. You being a provider to someone else and etc is altogether a different thing. Here I am specifying the relation between you and yourself. What you are now, you have never been before. And what you are today, you will never be tomorrow. Just yourself. We go through so many different phases in life that sometimes we lose ourselves and our values. We gain some, we lose some. But what we gain, is it worth it?

Outlaw - Yes. And there is also the thing abt too much introspection. Questioning oneself might harm one's confidence..

Thanks for dropping by! Merci! :)

i guess the moments in which these questions come to our minds are the moments in which we get a slight glimpse of reality...but then again, is there any reality?
