Moment of truth . Well, to start with, there are some things in the world that we know and understand, but rarely realise. For example, Cigarette smoking is injurious to health. Smokers know this. But only when they realise, do they try stop smoking. And it takes just a moment. One moment to realise whether you are in love/out of it. One moment to realise what you have been looking for/what you have lost. One moment to define/change your life. That I consider the moment of truth.
